B.Tech. Admissions 2025-26

The admission to first year/lateral entry B.Tech. courses in Engineering/Technology programme is done through Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC) and JoSAA.

First round admission for first year and Lateral Entry for B.Tech. by CENTAC is over. Awaited for the second round allocations...

Candidates alloted by JoSAA are requested to wait for reporting till the CSAB rounds of allocations are completed... Keep watching this space for announcement of dates for reporting...

Three rounds of admissions through CENTAC were completed by 15th September, 2025.

☛ Students allotted course in PTU through CENTAC (Mop up round) are instructed to fill the Admission Proforma and visit the Admission Office during woring hours on or before 25.9.2025

☛ Ensure that you have downloaded the MOP UP ROUND allotment order before proceeding to fill the admission proforma

The courses available and fee structure can be viewed from the Information Brochure available in CENTAC website.

Fee to be remitted as follows: 

1. CENTAC - UT of Puducherry Candidates ₹ 32,101

2. JoSAA/CSAB General Category: ₹ 1,62,401 - ₹ 70,000 (transferrable from JoSAA/CSAB from PAF remitted) = ₹ 92,401 (payable at the time of admission)

3. JoSAA/CSAB SC/ST Category: ₹ 87,401 - ₹ 30,000 (transferrable from JoSAA/CSAB from PAF remitted)      = ₹ 57,401 (payable at the time of admission)

4. CENTAC - Self Support (UTP and OS) General/OBC/EWS candidates:  ₹ 1,62,401

5. CENTAC - Self Support (UTP and OS) SC/ST candidates: ₹ 87,401

6. NEUT - ₹ 57,101

7. Hostel Fee payable:₹ 75,000 (including caution deposit) - Hostel Fee Details || Students/Parents are requested to visit the Hostel before making payment...
